- Assessment allowed us to review existing practices, compare them to industry best practices and made recommendations for bank procurement process consolidation as centralized function, leverage technology for automation and change AP policies for significant process and bottom line improvements.
Mid Size Transport Management Organization – IT Support for Business Outsourcing
- Client developed strategy to outsource maintenance operations and CIO requested advisory services to work with the M&A consulting company, Outsourcer and Internal teams to represent Information Tech.
- We worked with the IT organizations of both companies as well as 3rd party application providers to bring everybody on the same page on scope, timeline, deliverables, etc. and then oversaw the delivery to ensure proper execution.

- Global company that grew by acquisitions has 23 ERP applications after consolidation and was challenged with managing Master Data (Customer, Supplier, Employees and Bill of Materials) consistent across all business lines.
- SBP understood the client challenges in the Customer (pilot) Master Data and recommended Cordys which came with significant cost savings compared to any other solution being evaluated.
- Client and Cordys executed the Customer Master Data pilot that met Executive expectations and eliminated multiple custom solutions and Lotus Notes front end for the Customer pilot

Global Investment Company – HR Security Solution for Oracle eBusiness Suite
- Organization implemented Oracle eBusiness HR as one business group providing advantages of reviewing and evaluating employees but challenging them with security of data globally.
- SBP recommended that instead of customization, leverage CS Secure from our partner CaoSys solution which drastically reduced time to market, changing from custom solution to rules based application solution that can adopt with changing business needs in the future.

- Software Company was running a marketing campaign and wanted to see how their campaign was received in Social Media sites like Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc. as well as that of competition.
- SBP ran a 60 day campaign on Social Mine with key words for clients and 2 main competitors to monitor Social Media communications as well as monitoring competition. The results surprised the client and helped them define a robust Social Media strategy for 2011.
