Zain Ali (Managing Partner) Zain is the co-founder of Sunbonnet Partners with 22 years of Business and IT experience and has held Senior Management positions both in the Industry as well as in Consulting.  Zain started his career as an Engineer and his progressive growth into various organizations has allowed him to hold management positions in Manufacturing, Operations, Sales and Information Technology.Zain has had the opportunity to work in a cross industry environment with both start-ups as well as Fortune 100 companies such as Bombardier, GE, Emerson, Schlumberger, Raytheon, Mack Trucks, Takeda, Capital One, Hudson Advisors, MoneyGram, Global 360, Omni Flight, etc.






Prior to cofounding Sunbonnet Partners, Zain held management positions with Accenture, Wipro and The Hackett Group.  He is also a member of Society of Information Management (SIM), Texas Executive Networking Group (TENG) and involved in board / advisory capacity at Dallas Beacon of Light & Texas Muslim Women Foundation.



Farhana Ali (Managing Partner) Farhana is the cofounder of Sunbonnet Partners with 22 years of experience with various Management positions in non-profit organizations as well as Information Technology.Farhana started her career in IT and brings technical expertise by working at companies like NCR, Boeing and Pizza Hut before switching her focus to working with non-profit organizations.
Farhana has led numerous initiatives and large project teams not only to raise funds but also to support organizations like Children’s Medical Center, Salvation Army, Samaritan Inn, City House, CCA Food Pantry, etc.  Apart from leading the charge at Sunbonnet Partners, she also holds a VP position at Texas Muslim Women’s Foundation.







Laxma Likki (Advisor) Laxma has over 14 years of Technology and Large scale global ERP and Data Warehouse experience both in consulting as well working for very global organizations such as NCH and Flowserve.






Laxma started his career as a developer and quickly rose through the ranks to the position of Chief Architect due to his experience in application development, system integration, data center operations and data warehousing.  In addition to the technology aspects of the implementation, Laxma has an excellent knowledge of the business processes that need to be implemented to improve efficiency and effectiveness in any given organization.

While at Oracle Consulting Services and Cap Gemni,, Laxma served many large clients such as Dell, Lockheed Martin, Cisco, Dana Group and also Government entities such as US Air Force, US Navy and US Marines.

Laxma is responsible for the Technology Practice at Sunbonnet Partners.



Thomas Lew (Principal) Thomas Lew has over 20 years experience in IT and has held senior management and program management positions both in industry and in consulting engagements.  Thomas began his career implementing and managing technology programs and became involved with all aspects of the business as a Project Manager and held various management roles in a large financial services organization.  
Thomas also has experience with developing and running start-up companies or engaged by Fortune 500 companies to manage its operations or improve its operations.  These companies include ABN AMRO, AT&T, Bank of America, Bank One, ITT, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Prudential Securities, SAPA, Stryker, Synovus Financial, etc.Prior to joining Sunbonnet Partners, Mr. Lew held management positions with KPMG/BearingPoint Consulting, Bank of America, and The Hackett Group. Thomas is part of the Business & IT Transformation Practice.
Tom Ingram (Principal) Tom Ingram has over 25 years in the IT profession specializing in the Retail and Financial Services.  His experience includes leading large scale development projects in Logistics, Merchandising and Data Warehousing. Additionally, Tom has significant expertise in Program Management Office, Vendor Management Office as well as large scale application development. After 20 years at 7-Eleven, Inc. Tom switched his career to consulting by serving as a consultant for startup software companies as well as Fortune 500 financial services organizations.
