Business Transformation & Program Management
Key resources at Sunbonnet Partners have led large global complex projects for Business Transformation in the Business as well as Information Technology. We bring tools and templates to assist our clients in looking at end to end business processes in Prospect to Order, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc. Our workshop based approach allows for clients to rapidly benchmark themselves against common industry best practices to develop a roadmap for simplification, automation and communications.
We can also assist Business and IT in setting up Program Management Office that can ensure that Business Transformation projects derive the right value for the organization with Business Case development, Steering Committee setup and Governance Model deployment for gathering requirements to User Acceptance testing and Training. We can also assist clients with Vendor Management Office, Program Management Office, Internal or External Service Catalog, etc.
Coaching, Training & Communication:
One of the key focus areas of Business Transformation is assisting our clients with formal or informal coaching with understanding team personality profiles, setting up imperatives that are driven from Corporate Objectives and linked down to the individual contributor level, etc.
We help clients in setting up measurements with a focus on continuous improvements and coach managers to assist in bringing the change and making it stick.
